Located in beautiful Ojai, The Body Knows is a unique Somatic Psychotherapy Training Program. Nurturing, grounding, and incredibly practical, this training will provide the somatic skills and support you need to feel confident integrating the body and movement into your practice. The Body Knows happens in person, in real-time, with a maximum of 8 people to provide you with a connected, embodied, and integrated experience. Accommodations are not included in the price, so if you plan to stay overnight in Ojai, please contact Wendy for suggestions on where to stay.

Summer 2026 Training Dates
The Body Knows, is organized around four learning modules that meet between 6/19- 7/19 for a 3-day weekend. Our program begins 9am Friday and ends 4pm on Sunday. Located at Wendy’s studio in Ojai.
