Logistics

• Eight spots
• Monday’s from 6-8 pm
• Seven weekly Zoom meetings and one half-day in-person retreat in Ojai (must commit to the whole series)
• $360 ($45 per group). A deposit (half of the payment) is due on April 1st; the remainder is due before the first group on April 8th.
• Payment is accepted via Venmo or Zelle.

You will explore and unpack

• insecurities and fears that accompany loneliness and longing
• attachment styles and their impact on how we relate to others
• feelings and sensations of past and future partnerships (through embodiment exercises)
• self-worth when engaging with dating apps and dating in general
• examples of partnerships surrounding you

• tangible tools for navigating dating
